I see a lot of people have left negative comments so I wanted to post my experience. I went with frontier internet because they were one of the available internet providers in my area with decent pricing. The installation fee was a good chunk of change but they worked with me and spread that out over 3 months so my first 3 months my bill was 75 but went to 49 after that. Frontier internet has been the best internet I've had..and I've moved around quite a bit. I had 1 issue the whole time I had them and they fixed it quick..the tech was nice, professional and quick. I had no lag. My internet was connected in 3 days after my first call. And I sent up AUTO pay didn't ever have an issue with it..bill never changed it was always the same every month on the same day every month. ZIPLY FIBER bought them out that's when the problems started. Customer service people are rude.. grouchy.. can't help with anything..they take forever to get on the phone or even in the chat. My bill is not consistent and sometimes they charge me 2x in 1 month. Internet from then on is nothing but lag.. upgraded my internet with them and it's still nothing but lag. And the worst part is the better deals they have with fiber internet they don't provide in my area. So people please don't confuse ziply with frontier.

They will use your autopayment credit card without permission. I canceled my service on 10/19/19. On 10/23/19, they used my autopayment credit card to bill an additional month even though I had canceled service. I called customer service and Paula promised a refund for the service. 4 months later, no refund. I called again and got transferred 6 times and was disconnected once and finally talked to Noe. I am so tired of receiving my bill in the mail late. The bill is dated 11/22 and I received it in the mail n 12/5. It is due on 12/10. How fast am I supposed to hustle to get a check to you in 5 days. I arrive home after work and get the bill in the mail on the 5th. Even if I write the check tonight and race it to the post office tomorrow, Friday the 6th, I have a 50/50 chance of getting it to Frontier by Tuesday. I have repeatedly called them asking them to get the bills in the mail sooner and they continue to blame it on the post office. Funny they are the ONLY one that seems to have this issue as all my other correspondence arrives with time to pay. They will absolutely charge me a late fee at 12:01 on the 11th.
