I had the opportunity to meet Georgina Lepe, an excellent lawyer with a great human quality and very professional, I was able to get an appointment very soon, she answered all my questions in Spanish. Thank you very much, Attorney.

I recently purchased a rental property and needed legal advice on Ca law about being a landlord, I reached out to The Lepe Law Firm and Georgina was very responsive and provided me with exactly the information that I needed. I am very pleased with the service and will continue to work with her in the future as needed.

Atty Georgina Lepe helped my buyer client in demanding of Escrow Deposit which Listing Agent and Seller would not release due to buyer backing out of the transaction. Atty Lepe found lots of ways that made my buyer legally entitled to the refund of escrow deposit. On same day she emailed Demand Letter to listing agent and his broker, I received an email from listing agent saying seller signed the release of deposit and sent tot escrow. Buyer was happy of her service.

Both seller and buyer realtors did not disclose my home is a 2 (no closet in 3rd bedroom) /1.75 bath (no tub) not a 3/2 upon purchase and appraisal. Is there fraud involved?

It all depends on what was disclosed during the transaction. We would need to review the Seller Property Questionnaire, the Transfer Disclosure Statement, and all other documents incorporated into the transaction. You can schedule a consultation on my website if you would like me to review everything.
