The Claremont Public Library is a wonderful resource. It is NOT on the Pomona College campus, but is on the same street in the Claremont village as the US Post Office. The staff are most helpful.

This is a crime ridden library, where if you lost a pair of sunglasses there, random library patrons or possibly even the library staff will commit illegal theft by keeping the sunglasses and not returning them to the library lost and found. Crime. The girl at the information desk this afternoon on 11/5/2021 was also patronizing and unhelpful.

The librarians are so attentive and helpful even though their temporary library is a 1 crammed room. They will gather your lust of books ahead of time if you request. Can't wait for the remodeled library to open. Their inter-library service is very efficient and done in a timely manner.

Pretty quiet place in general. Super helpful librarians full of recommendations for any age. They also have about 30 computers that you can use with a library card.
