Resident shall maintain renter’s insurance at all times during the Term of this Lease. The policy should provide limits of liability of (i) $100,000.00 personal liability, and (ii) the greater of $10,000.00 or the full replacement value of Resident’s personal property, or greater amounts as may be needed as determined by Resident. The policy shall name Irvine Company as an additional interest or interested party. Resident may obtain renter’s insurance through any licensed insurance company. For convenience, 1221 Ocean residents may obtain required insurance through eRenterplan.com.
The rooftop pool and lounge is open from 6am - 12am and the fitness center and lobby lounge are open 24 hours
Our pool is saltwater and is heated to 84 degrees
The rent is considered late after the 1st of the month. A $75 late fee will be assessed after the 3rd of the month.
