This location was clean, well managed and our server was delightful. We arrived just after lunch time and my family and I were served quickly and taken care of with speed and care. The food was cooked to order and everyone enjoyed it.

Pretty good, we go a lot and we have really not had any bad experiences, I do have to say since COVID we have had slower service though. But the food is always really good for us.

Nightmare online order pick-up! Day in car 10 minutes then went inside. No one at pick-up counter and several people waiting.. waited another 10 minutes then young guy hands me a tiny side salad with nothing on it when I ordered large Caesar salad with shrimp. Had to get manager to come out. He got them to make a new salad but waited another 10 minutes. After all that the quality of the salad was not great, very disappointing. They stopped making the salad I loved. My last time going to Chilis.

Not a place I would go again. Went with a co-worker after a long day at work and we sat at the bar. We asked the bar tender for some napkins to wipe the counter and he told us to wait like we were bothering him. After about 5 minutes he came back and in a rude manner said that he was going to wipe the counter and that he's to busy to take our order. We got up and thanked him for not having time for us and left the restaurant. Needles to say we told all our coworkers at work and we've been going to eat at neighboring restaurants.
