Helped me get last minute rental, which was nice. However, I had to ask for a different car, an upgrade, because the one they wanted to give me had 2 things wrong with it, I heard the return driver say. I insisted on the better car at the same price since that was all they had.

So far good service. They picked me up after I dropped my car off for some work. We'll see how they do when I drop the car off. Update: after dropping the rental car off at the repair shop to pick mine up, they shothey picked it up the rental and I got my deposit back. I'm very satisfied with how they handled my situation. Thank you Enterprise for helping me in my time of need.

Sarah and Angie were awesome! They patiently answered my questions, explained everything in detail, and were genuinely kind. When I returned the rental, the lobby was full of loud people. I watched Sarah handle everything professionally and confidently. She communicated with everyone and kept things running smooth.

****Update 8/12/22 Once again this location has gone above and beyond with customer service. This is 6 years ago review.....Ryan & Trey went well above and beyond on customer service with helping me get my road trip to Canada going with the right car for the trip.
