Cozy and big rooms! Loved the handicapped accessible bathroom. Very satisfied with pool temp and the slide. My boyfriend enjoyed the fitness center and we were both impressed with hot breakfast. Points added for turkey sausage. Points taken off for not having sugar free syrup.

A very pleasant stay. The rooms were gorgeous, with cleanliness and spaciousness all the way around. The front desk and guest services were so kind; there were times that I was confused on something, or I needed something (toiletries, etc.) and they would send the info or stuff right to me that time. I worked out in the gym there every day I stayed, and all the equipment and stuff were sufficient. Breakfast was impressive; variety of healthy options, good taste, kindness from the employees. Location was convenient; around one hour away from New Haven, but plenty of things to do around this area.

I recently stayed at Hampton Inn due to a death in my family and I had to travel from GA to CT. I must say the front desk representative Jada was such an angel in human form. She was so patient and provided excellent service to my family and I . There was a discrepancy in my booking which was pushed out for the following week as opposed to the current week. Jada took her time with making sure everything was updated correctly in the system. I was already under so much pressure but she provided seamless assurance to me and as well as a quick resolution. She’s such an asset to Hampton Inn and I wish she receives recognition because she was very modest yet professional. I’m a district manager and what she projected was EXCELLENT customer service and proved that Hampton Inn was indeed a great choice for me and my family. Kudos Jada and thank you 😊

the staff could have been nicer to the children and they could have been more considerate of the being of the children. other than that the hotel was clean and the house keeping was quick. their pool towels are like kitchen towels they are extremely small and they’re should be bigger. their pillows should be much bigger hence my hand was the size of it.
