Terrible wait times on both phone and talking to a technician. Your receptionist puts people on hold right after answering the phone, every time I was on hold for 8-10 minutes to answer a simple question. Made me wait 3 weeks for a diagnosis after having to call in every other day and pushing for someone to even look at my car. Really? $416 for 3 weeks of it sitting! Terrible customer service, if you want to keep customers you need to hire more people or train them better on protocol.

Marcos fro Mini of Ontario was very friendly and efficient. Unfortunately there are no Mini dealerships where I live in Palm Desert, CA so I have to drive over 2 hrs every time I need a simple oil change but when I get there they are very accommodating. Waiting room is clean with refreshments and TV on a non political channel! It took 2 hrs for my annual check up and I love the video that the technician texts me telling me the condition underneath my car. Love my Mini. I wish this dealership was in Palm Springs!
