Very slow 7 hours to load half a trailer. You can only check in 30 min before your appointment but they take their time to load you. On the good side they have a staging area inside

There was three drivers in front of me when i got here to my 8 o clock appointment and it took a while to sign in. It wasn’t the office lady’s fault it was the drivers Make sure you got driver license ready and pick up # ready pick up # should contain 7 digits I had to wait for all three of them because one didnt understand the three questions it was asking the other couldnt provide proper pick up # I’m just here to deliver for Invacare medical supplies. Big parking lot if you feel like coming early and wait Easy to back up into dock’s Front desk office lady is nice understandable Took me more likely 2 min to sign in . Just other drivers aren’t ready.

I had two good experiences here in the last two months. Around 1-2 hours load time. No guarantees they can work you in if you are early but they seem to be accommodating when they can be.
