Hey Alicia, we are allowing outside balloons to be inflated in-store now (we had not for a while after re-opening) but only if they are in a sealed package and not loose or unpackaged. The pricing can vary depending on the size and shape of the balloon so they'll have to let you know what that would be when they can see the balloon in person.
