Nurses are rude and judgmental, especially the female nurse who looks like a male in the Er and thinks she owns the hospital, they sent me home with a blood clot in my lungs and it was because of her , also the bathrooms are very nasty and the doctors are prejudice against African Americans and treated me like I was just another black girl in pain who just wants pain medicine. I was told I couldn’t return back there just because they failed to find the clot and sent me home to die so if your African American be careful going there

I could give the hospital 6 stars because their have amazing service with my mom, doctors nurses everybody really nice, the only thing is that when I was going to check in, security lady at 12:30 7-3-2022 was taking forever she just have to check id and vaccination card, line was long and she let other people go before everybody I went to tell her and she gave me a ugly face and attitude, doctor pass by and asked if that was the line for visits I told her yes and she was like WOW, my. Cousin had only 1 hour to see my mom on her lunch time, it was no way, she was slow and she didn’t care just like that, but other then than everything inside 5 stars

My 74 year old mother ( a retired nurse) had a visit to the ER regarding fluid filled blisters that needed to be popped, cleaned and a dressing applied. When she was finally seen by the PA (Shannon M Voss) she was met with extreme rudeness and unprofessionalism. The PA wanted to clean her painful inflamed skin with alcohol. My mother denied her request because this would further irritate her skin. This upset the PA and my mother was told she would have to use the alcohol and if she denied that use then she would have to leave and not finish being seen. My mother then requested the PA to use Betadine instead and the PA agreed. Moving forward, When popping the blisters the PA inserted the needle too far causing my mother more pain, when my mother told her that she didn't need to insert the needle in so far but to simply lance it to pop the blister and that the needle poked her causing pain, the PA responded by telling my mother " Are you telling me how to do my job, you know what, you can leave" instead of apologizing and correctly doing the procedure. My mother refused to leave because her wound was open and not fully cleaned/dressed. My mother requested to see a doctor or a nurse instead. The PA refused her request then said she would call security to remove her and left the room. When security came in and spoke with my mother he responded kindly with understanding and refused to remove my mom and waited till a nurse came in to finish the procedure. when the appointed nurse came in to finish the procedure she came with a sterile dressing trey which she placed on the floor. My mother asked why she would put the tray on a contaminated floor and the nurse responded " Don't tell me how to do my job" My mother then instructed the nurse to please only wrap her womb because at this time she felt the nurse was incompetent and didn't want to risk infection. My mother has been seen at this facility multiple times over the years and has never experience such rude, unprofessional treatment. I would recommend that the hospital take a look at their staff and how they treat their patients especially the elderly.

Staff was so friendly and genuinely caring. This helped me feel confident in my dad getting his surgery done here. The doctor (surgeon) and all the nurses were very communicative with me. Proof of Covid19 vaccination was required to enter, even if you're not the patient. For those who aren't c19 vaxxed, they will accept a negative covid test taken within 48 hrs prior to visit, as was my case. Overall, my experience was very positive.

Hello Chente, I can't say whether or not the wait for a bed is long. I hope it works out for you and your health is okay.
Urgent care is across the hospital
I don't think so but they can help you find one I believe
Not anymore
Yes. You need to show your vaccine card or a negative result 72hrs prior to your visit.

Hola amiga, mi espanol es no bueno.. I think what you are asking is how late the ER is open, it does not close. As for hospital hours I'm not sure about that. Anyway have a great morning.
