This place has days where it's a five star but on average I give it three stars but that's mostly for consistency. I go here alot, it is by my house and I have kids who love treats. I never realized how extensive DQS menu was until we moved near it but wow they have a ton of really fun treat and drink options. During the day I think management staff is there and so if you want five star service go before 3pm and you'll get exactly what you ordered. After 3pm however, they have a younger staff, probably high school students which is great cuz the kids gotta start somewhere but you can tell things can get a bit rough in evenings. I do think though that this little store gets hit hard, long lines and I know they do their best but if you have favorite items beware it can vary a great deal depending on if you go in day time versus night time. Overall though this is fast food and their new burgers are pretty frieking great and who doesn't love a blizzard. Definitely clean and we'll run store, it just gets very busy.

Stopped by and saw a large poster for a new blizzard on the menu (Reese’ Take 5), asked for it and was told “We don’t have that.” I asked why it was on the menu and all the person did was repeat that they don’t have it… so I ordered something else. Pulled up and saw the windows absolutely COVERED in prints, not sure when they were cleaned last but doesn’t give me hope for any of their food… there was no one in front of me and I counted 5 people ‘working’ (standing around talking), I didn’t even try my blizzard and I’ll not come back to this filthy location.

Definitely not going back to this DQ. Last time they completely messed up our order, and this time my blizzard smelt and tasted like plastic. It was awful! My husband agreed too that it smelt terrible. The line here is always ridiculous, they take forever.

In the past I would have given this location 1 star. Tonight I was extremely impressed by the young lady working the drive through. She had great customer service skills and was extremely personable! Her kindness was genuine! She went the extra mile. Because of this employee I am giving 4 stars!
