Office staff is refusing to pay an invoice owed to my company from October. I spoke with them 3 different times to resolve the invoice. Each time they assured me payment would be sent. Don't work for this company, they don't pay their contractors. Update: I was paid, 5 months after the invoice was due. Check showed up in the mail. We won't be working with this company ever again.

I had a terrible experience with this management company from the very beginning. I requested my property be rented for a short term and they did a one year lease. Almost a year later they made changes to my account statements that were back dated almost a year. Each time I contacted them about these issues I was ignored by the employees and the owner. My advice is don't be fooled by how attentive and professional they initially appear because it only lasts until you sign on the dotted line.

They don’t respond to calls or emails. They’re flaky. Never in the office and then just close their office without notifying residents. They’re accounting is questionable at best. I paid rent with a debit card and they emailed me that my check bounced and wanted me to pay a late fee even after they said it was paid on time. Felt like a scam. They notified they were going to do an inspection and when I got home my bedding was in a pile in the middle of my bed and they won’t respond when I question them about it. They don’t seem to have any consideration for their tenants. Completely all about the bottom line. Would not recommend.
