The best experience I have had at dentist office! I had to have some work done on my gums and it was painless. Great staff and very knowledgable. Also very clean and modern office. I would highly recommend them!

Don’t go to this place if you don’t want to be tricked into believing you have periodontal disease. I was looking for a dentist as we just moved to the area and Aspen Dental told me that I have periodontal disease even though I go to my dentist every six months. I was also told that my dentist was negligent for not diagnosing this and in reading the reviews it appears everyone has periodontal disease. At my first appointment I waited for 45 minutes for the dentist and then was told to schedule a second appointment because the dentist was taking so long. At my second appointment, the office manager told me that because I was 10 minutes late she would have to check with the dentist to make sure he could still accommodate me. I then told her that this was a continuation of my first appointment and instead of saying, I’m sorry you had to make a second appointment, she said right but I still need to check. When I made it to the exam room I told the very nice dental assistant that I wasn’t happy with the way the front desk had treated me. The office manager then came in and said do you have questions for me so I told her I wasn’t happy and she told me that I could go back into the lobby and wait again for her to talk with me. I walked out and won’t be back. It seems like they have some sort of scam going on with the periodontal treatment.

I went to Aspen dental for a broken tooth and because it was one of the few places covered under my insurance. I really didn't know what to expect as I had the same local dentist for over 20 years. First, the texts and emails were too many. Second, my first appointment I felt I was in one of those high pressure time share events. The dental hygienist was loud and kept saying the same thing over and over about periodontal cleaning, acting like a car sales person. I was then directed to the financial office. The dental assistant told the gal in the financial office that it would be a filling to fix my tooth and if I chose, the periodontal cleaning per the dentist. The financial gal said to the dental assistant are you sure she doesn't have to have the periodontal cleaning to get her tooth fixed? The dental assistant said no. The financial gal then excused herself to talk to the dentist. She came back in and started saying what are you thinking about how much your dental health is worth. I told her to cut to the chase and tell me how much it is. The fixing of my tooth was covered under insurance and would cost me $100, which was reasonable to me and the periodontal cleaning would be $1000. I told her at this point I just wanted to get my tooth fixed and she reluctantly gave in to schedule the appointment. When I came back to get my tooth fixed I was asked again if I was interested in the periodontal cleaning and asked if I was I told the cost. I then stated I was interested in a routine cleaning right now. I was told no they would not even do a routine cleaning on me and to call back if I was interested in scheduling for the $1000 periodontal cleaning. What? I will not be going back to say the least. I felt the focus was on up selling and NOT the dental health of the patient. Really disappointing.

My face is still numb so my smile is a little crooked, I will post pics later. Just wanted to edit this review to say i am very happy with what has been done. I came in with lots of teeth problems and years of not being able to smile properly (half smiles), or even talk properly while hiding my teeth. I can just say that I feel a giant cloud has been lifted off me and I can finally smile again. Thank you!
