Avoid at all costs. I have fairly low standards for hotels, but this place somehow went way below those standards in almost every department. The location is good. Right off the highway and about 15 minutes from the local casino. But besides that there was just so much wrong with this hotel and my room. Stained carpets, rusted heat vents, water damage on the ceiling, multiple patched holes in the wall. When I entered the room and checked for bed bugs I found a crack pipe underneath the mattress. So obviously the cleaning isn’t too thorough. The sheets were pretty dirty and stained. Water pressure was non existent and the warm water ran out in under a minute. This place needs to be completely remodeled or demolished and replaced. So sketchy and gross.

Booked this motel online for a place to stay after a gathering at foxwoods. I called the hotel on the way down and asked them what would be the possibility of canceling the reservation since I was notified that some people that were suppose to attend the gathering tested positive for covid and even though I wasn't around them I don't think I want to be down there. The lady said to me that even if I want to come she was canceling my reservation and I was not allowed to come there. I stated that I was just asking about the possibility of canceling without a penalty. I was then spoken rude to again and she said I'm not playing gamed, She told me my reservation was going to be canceled but she was not refunding me. I did I don't want to cancel, She said well its canceled for tonight your not to come here, your not getting your money back and hung up on me. These people are rude and quick to judge. DONT STAY HERE Unless you want to be treated like $hit

Positive: Price was reasonable at the time.and availability! Negative: Low water pressure and poor heating! Hot water needed to be hotter!broken smoke detector!Needs improvements!

that was horrifying. man next door abusing his child ? also the only people that seemed to be working there were 2 very young girls. whole room smelled like bleach. at least the fridge worked. dead bugs everywhere? outlets literally fell out of walls. mold and peeling paint in showers. parking lot full of glass and cigarette butts. needs to be modernized. furniture smells like someone died there.
