I highly recommend ServPro of Downey. Edwin and Juan Carlos were here on the day that my water heater failed with the humidifiers and blowers…attempting to dry all the water damage. Ana Melendez, the project manager was God sent to me and coordinated all of my appointments and answered all my questions. She basically walked me through the entire process step by step. Maria Abina and her crew including Juan Guerra, Danny Ruiz, and Ruben M. showed up with their truck, coordinated the POD, and carefully packaged up all of my expensive furniture to be stored at their facility and in the POD. Edwin, Juan Carlos, and Julian were here to do the demolition and placed the blowers and humidifiers to continue to dry the water damage. Steve Klein, the Crew Chief, arrived to monitor and inspect the loss, check for progress, and make sure that all machines operated correctly on a couple of occasions. The exceptional customer service and professionalism provided by this company by far exceeds like no other. Thanks so much for everything!

Danny and Floren were outstanding. We have used contractors in the past and I can say they provided the best workmanship I have ever received. They went above and beyond with my concerns of mess, cleanup, and costly repairs. They took the time to find the end of the pipe crack ( thank you Floren) and stayed later to expose the pipe, saving us additional time and headaches with the plumber. Their attention to detail and care of our home was as if it were their own. I cannot express my gratitude for them and the work they provided. Thank you!! Update, another fantastic crew worked today. Jesse and Juan Carlos thank you for hussling over to finish up before graduation. This office is great.

A property that I manage had a slab leak that destroyed a bathroom. ServPro was able to help us navigate mitigation and reconstruction with professionalism. ServPro got the remediation process moving asap. Their General Manager, Doug Melendez, was always responsive and gracious at guiding us throughout the process and explaining the steps that needed to be taken. While it is never fun to deal with water damage, this is the company to go to when it happens.

Carl n Diego are awesome. They know their stuff. My wife and I were happy n reduced a lot of the anxiety we had for several months. We appreciate and are glad we found competent people. Prior to meeting Diego and talking to Carl, many people and so call experts said we had mold. Well, Diego declared and stated we didn't. We had discoloration. Plus our water leak was not from our unit. It was our neighbors wall who has washer and dryer connected and water backed up n ended spilling onto our storage room. I would highly recommend Servpro in Downey as Diego and Carl are very professional and explain thoroughly the inspection. My wife and I are glad we met them. Thank you Diego and Carl.
