Our late night stop was a disaster. The food wasn't hot or fresh at all, which is why we couldn't understand why we were asked to pull forward to wait on fresh fries. We waited for 10 minutes and someone came out and offered us free cookies for our wait and said our food still wasn't done. After another 10-15 minutes she came back out with our food, she apologized for our long wait, and apologized for the nuggets not being fresh. Our food tasted like it was sitting for an hour. We ordered 30 nuggets, 2 fries, and 2 McDoubles and they forgot to put the burgers in the bag. When we noticed we were missing items, we tried to call, and we got no answer. Never again!

So as you can see my McDouble was a single, ugh. At least I got the bacon. This was a moble order.

This McDonald's really getting lousy; can't put burger patty or the cheese on the bun all the way , got a sandwich without the bottom bun once, never get hot or even warm fries.There can be no cars in drive thru but me and i still get told to pull up and sit and wait for another 15-20 minutes for my food..literally every single time we go something is incorrect. Pay closer attention people and maybe actually take pride in your job...

We have decided this is our last trip to any McDonald's. This isn't the only store we have had issues with during our work assignments the last two years all over the country. We have decided the issues just keep getting worse and there are much more consistent fast food places to eat at (yes, even during all the lockdowns etc, other chains were more consistent the entire time). This store has the new self serve kiosk which means no one is available at the front, so if you are paying cash you have to wait. Also, they didn't bring the meal out to us as they say they do, they called us up to come and get it. There was no cheese on the cheeseburger even though the order receipt and the receipt that came out with the burger both said cheese. The fries were not warm let alone even close to fresh. Plus no ketchup was included so we had to go up to the counter again and wait for the non existent front counter person to get some ketchup. To be honest, I don't think I've had hot fries at any McDonald's during the last six or eight visits. It's just not worth trying any longer.
