They like to change there rules a lot. They do it to kick some one out. And don't have friends when u stay there. They start profiling a person and accuse them of drug dealing. Also if you stay their kiss your neighbors butt. Cause if ur neighbor doesn't like u and makes false comments you will get kicked out. The new owner is very stuck up and rude.. Will kick you out with no warns. So don't have friends. Don't have a life. And have a news high class 5th wheel or rv. Then you should be goodThank you, Mr. Denbo, for confirming the truth about our park: Alpine Acres is a tight community of residents who care about each other and the park. People *are* friendly, and they do their best to welcome new residents as friends. So, when even those friendly neighbors feel like they have no choice but to complain about someone’s behavior, we will unapologetically ask that person to leave... especially if we have given them multiple warnings and/or that person engages in behavior that alarms their neighbors. As for your comment about a “news high class 5th wheel,” that is simply not true. We are one of the few parks in the area that does NOT have a rule about the age of the RV. We simply ask that residents keep their rigs and spaces clean, for the sake of the entire community.
