Shady operation. Stole my deer. Dropped off 1st week Dec 2020. By March 2021 I hadn't heard anything. Starting calling regularly, finally I was told to stop calling, they'd call me. Never got that call. A&E in Williamsburg, OH just got popped for stealing meat. This place deserves a look. AG Dave Yost will be notified about my story. I encourage others to do the same.

Bit me in the britches pretty bad last year! They had my deer for 3 months, I finally called and told them I didn't want it. There's no way it would have been any good after that long. No effort was made to apologize or make it right. Was great until that!

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. We took our deer there back in November instead of our normal place. After about 4 weeks of not hearing from them, we called for a status. They said they were really behind. No worries, I understand. Gave it another month, nothing. Kept giving us the run around. Fast forward to March, we still don’t have it and when we called, he said we can get it but now wants to charge us FULL PRICE for HALF the meat—5 months later. No thanks. Lost our business forever. Do not recommend.

I took a deer to them for processing. They told me it would take about two weeks for them to do. I called them in two weeks they told me it would be another week. So I waited a week and called again. She told me that they lost power for two days and that everyone else had no problem with that. Then she said it would be another week. I told her that was unacceptable. So I waited another week. This is now four weeks since I took the deer to them. Called again asked how long it takes for them to process a deer. He said four weeks or so. Then he said “ who the hell knows”. I’m done with this place. Come Monday 12/14/2020 I will be calling the Better Business Bureau.
