Would give absolutely zero stars. Went for a drive through covid test wich was scheduled and we were there in the drive through 5 mins early to set for almost and hour to get to the window to find out that they didn't even see our appointment on there and then i said something to my wife and the pharmacy worker started snapping at me and getting and attitude and then decided to slam the window in my wifes face as she was trying to ask a question. Absolutely unacceptable and then when i called the store the shift manager was very helpful but was not at all surprised that this happened to us. Absolutely ridiculous to have to deal with that kind of nonsense from a business

Received a text that my prescription is ready for pick up. I paid for it online and headed to the store to pick it up. The pharmacy is closed and the cashier in the store says… “We don’t know when it will reopen. We don’t have a pharmacist. We hope to have one by Monday. (This is Thursday!) If you know one that can apply for a job please send them.” Seriously? Did you really just say that to your customer? CVS is better than this! Corporate needs to send help! Approx 10 others standing in the store asking how they can get their medication. My RX is back there, paid for and no one can get it for me. And I can’t go to another pharmacy because CVS is printed on my insurance card. Unacceptable!

Girl at front register refused to check out an older lady who did not want to use self ck out and I used self checkout my items weren't heavy enough to register so I kept pushing button to skip bagger and the 3rd time it started beeping and the same girl that yelled at the older lady was ridiculously loud with me and slapped her badge on the register to override and I was so disgusted I dont want to shop there anymore she is the reason I transferred my scripts out of there she needs a re do on her customer service asap

Would give a 0 if I could. They make you sit on hold forever to ask about a prescription. Employees can't handle pre authorizations and act lazy with a 'whatever' attitude. Sounded like I interrupted the awful woman's 40th smoke break of the day. My mother has cancer and they could care less if she gets her medication. We only went here because the prescription required a CVS. Thankful they are not our regular pharmacy. WORST SERVICE EVER from a pharmacy.
