The store is clean and orderly. It has several different name brand machines with different purposes. Staff is friendly. I purchased insurance on my embroidery machine (which I thought was expensive). I have had my embroidery machine in for repairs 5 times from October 2021 to December 2021. Each time the same problems occurred. I barely finished my project for Valentines and the machine had the same problems and then had 2 more problems. It is one hour to Corona to take in the machine. Then one hour back home. It is again 1 hour to pick up the machine (that Moore's said they fixed) and again one hour home. That is 4 hours of my time to have a machine they said they fixed. The machine was brought to the store for repairs 3 days ago. October to December is 20 hours of drive time. Now in 2022 it is 2 hours for drop off and will be 2 more hour to pick it up. Mr. Moore please get technicians to fix my machine. I don't embroider complicated projects. My materials are cotton with thread rayon or polyester. I should have a machine that works so I do not have to wait one month each time for the machine to be repaired and to be repaired correctly so I can embroider for a least one year and then bring it in for maintenance.

I am so happy I decided to walk into this store. I have found a new love for sewing. I have taken a couple classes to learn my new machine, and every employee has gone out of her way to be of assistance. From a few weeks ago not even knowing how to run my new machine very well, to being able to crank out breathable masks for many people, I am so thrilled to officially be sewing! I have my masks being worn in two different hospitals, a medical clinic, and my paramedic friend loves it because she can breath!
