I developed symptoms on a weekend but waited until Monday & attempted to contact my PCP & eye doctor. I am sorry I did that as I ended up at MedExpress anyway. MedExpress is a bright spot as I was seen quickly & given an Rx I needed. I am grateful that MedExpress is close to home & accepts walk-in patients. Staff was very friendly, quick, & answered my questions.

As a fellow healthcare worker, this place makes my blood boil. The NP was very dismissive of my family member, and didn't actually listen to what they had to say. She wrote my family member off, and couldn't wait to get them out the door. I'm glad I went in as support for my family member, so I could I see for myself the type of healthcare worker I never want to become. Shame on you Medxpress, and shame on that nurse practitioner. Stick to swabbing noses, because that's all you're good for.

its always a long wait . and then tonight its only 630 there is one car in the parking lot and they say they are not taking anybody else. like yall dont close for a hr n half. and most of the time yall just stand around and talk 🦜 instead of work and its frustrating

Service I received for a UTI Tuesday night was great. They seemed to take my case seriously and got me in quickly. I had not started experiencing pain yet because I caught it early. Therefore the doctor did not write a script for the Phenazopyridine, only the antibiotic. If I had noticed they didn’t prescribe the Phenazopyridine I would have asked for it right then and there but I assumed it would have been prescribed anyways being that the next set symptoms that come are very painful, cause a burning feeling, and great discomfort. And within the next hour after I left medexpress (which was 8 pm and they had closed) I started having pain. After being in pain all night I called shortly after they opened Wednesday morning before 8:15 am after experiencing a lot of worsening symptoms overnight and asked for the doctor to prescribe Phenazopyridine. Amber responded that the doctor was busy currently and they’d give me a call by the end of the day.. which the end of the day is 8 pm and would be 12 hours later... and in which all the pharmacy’s would be closed, and I would not be able to get the medication anyways. The doctor did not call until Friday morning!! Very disappointed that nobody seemed to care about the pain I was in from the UTI and could not send in a simple prescription.
