They deserve 0 stars ! Was there , Friday July 22 , 2022 . They are so incompetent they can’t even make 2 small ice coffees ! They tried to give me 2 cups of coffee grounds and creamer and pass it off as a ice coffee ! Don’t give me the last old stale little bit of coffee with grinds in it !!! Not happenin ! I got my money back ! McDonald’s isn’t fit to eat at anymore . I went to Sheetz and got some real ice coffee !!!

This McDonalds is way better then the other Downtown Park Ave McDonalds. Most recent visit, I ordered the new McChicken sandwich. I noticed that this McDonalds has been remodeled & indoor dining is finally back after 2YRS with Covid restrictions. The drive thru plastic intercom Menu, Kinda looks like some threw a rock or hit their outside vehicle mirror against it. I Only gave this McDonalds location (4⋆stars) because of the Drive thru and the reward/coupons don’t work half the time.

I used to love going to this McDonald's but beware now because we placed a mobile order at 9:30pm and after 20 minutes sitting in the drive thru (only one person working), we're told they don't accept mobile orders after 9pm. Even though the app let us place the order. Then we're stuck in the drive thru another 10 minutes because we can't get out because it's bumper to bumper. Now wouldn't being able to use the mobile app after 9pm be so much easier for the employee's because you don't have to take cards or cash, then wash your hands, make the food and repeat with 14 cars in the drive thru and only one person working? So, not only did I have to wait 30 minutes in the drive thru after working hard all day, I didn't come home with dinner for my family. Won't be going here again.

I typically rate every McDonalds I go into (which isn’t very often) a 3 star. It’s good in a pinch, but fast food isn’t my everyday or even every week kind of thing. This McDonald’s, however, was clean, had an updated interior, and the staff were friendly and quick with my order. It was 6:35 AM on a Saturday, and I was pleasantly surprised with how alert and polite the staff were. Well-done!
