We had the most perfect wedding day at the cypress house! From the first time we visited, we fell in love with the beautiful landscaped grounds, the unique ceremony space and the overall warm vibes of the atmosphere. The venue feels like an elevated backyard wedding that has everything you need right on site. We chose to utilize a wedding coordinator and Chloe was fantastic. She was so helpful in the planning leading up to the wedding, day of coordination including set up and breakdown. If anything went wrong the day of I have no idea because Chloe handled it! Highly recommend this venue if you are looking for an outdoor wedding venue. If you are looking for a GORGEOUS venue (across all 4 seasons) and a group of talented individuals who will go above and beyond to make your wedding day everything you've ever dreamed of, look no further than The Cypress House! This venue offers a certain kind of magic that no other venue possesses. The bare bones of the venue make you feel as if there is nothing else that needs to be added - because it is that beautiful! It did not take long for my husband and I to feel like family with The Cypress House. They understood our vision, knew how to put together every single detail (the details you would never think about), and communicated with us every step of the way. On the day of our wedding, I truly do not know what we would have done without The Cypress House team. There was no time to be stressed because the team worked diligently to make sure everything ran smoothly, and to make sure my husband and I, our families, the wedding party, and all of our guests were taken care of, in every way possible. Reminiscing about our beautiful wedding day, our families always mention how the entire team at The Cypress House was genuinely kind and overly helpful. Where do we even begin? The Cypress House is absolutely magical! From the enchanting gardens with the unique circular altar, to the beautiful pool and fountains, it’s as if this was from a fairytale. If you’re looking for a wedding venue in Central PA, this is THE place. No venue is as charming as The Cypress House! The entire family was also a dream to work with. Courtney and Chelsea were extremely helpful throughout the whole planning process. They provided great vendor recommendations and maintained open communication leading up to the big day. The entire Cypress House team made sure every detail was executed flawlessly. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day! We promise that you’ll not only fall in love the venue, but with the whole family! There aren’t enough words to describe how amazing they are. We couldn’t be happier with the Cypress House!

The Cypress House is something you have to see in person to fully understand the hype; the antique home, the forest-like appearance, the beautifully unique ceremony site, the circular altar, the blank canvas tent with its cascading Edison lights. This place is one-of-a-kind. Courtney and Chelsea are so lovely to work with. Not only do they manage a venue, but they hear your ideas and help you bring them to life. Chelsea creates masterful floral arrangements that are unlike most in this area. You will not regret working with this family. They are flexible, patient, understanding, and hard-working.
