If you want to experience how bad a customer service look like, this is a place to go. I asked about the tile edging trim option that they show in the store, a rude answer i got is “ask your contractor”! They don’t care about their customers at all.

Terrible experience every time. Customer service is the worst I have experienced. I’m a general contractor and usually buy lots of materials for kitchen remodels for large complex. From all places I’ve purchased from, KZ it’s the worst experience in all ways possible. Incredibly rude not just to me but to all other people that I’ve known that have purchased there. Their policies to view products are irrational. They want you to pay for the product in order to show you the product. I guess to sell damaged items that at the end can’t be returned. This is what they allow you to see only. No returns if it’s broken or cracked Do Not recommend supporting such a business.

KZ was recommended by our contractor and was a pleasant surprise. They have a big showroom and you are free to explore without any sales pressure. KZ has a good amount of kitchen cabinet and countertop options and they will provide basic plans to aid your contractor installation and construction. Our primary salesperson was April and she was very helpful.

KZ Kitchens is an interesting place with a strange vibe. On one hand they've got one of the largest and nicest showrooms around when it comes to kitchen related materials. In some areas they excel in product offerings but in some they fall flat. Expect a great selection of counters, flooring, cabinets, some hardware and trim but as an example they only have one tub and it's $2400 ....a similar tub is $700 at HD supply. I've found that some of their items are pricy and I have first hand experience with their installation crews doing substandard, non permitted work that failed on first use. I still haven't truly figured this place out but recommend you go cautiously and check them out.
