We rented a 21 Sea Ray ski boat that had great power and ran very well. The front office staff was easy to work with and called us to switch a potential rainy day. The dock staff was always their to help tie off or help dock the boat or help blow up our personal tube. A great three day experience from start to finish.

We rented a 24ft Pontoon one day while staying at the lake during the week. Great service, really nice people. And the boat we got was outstanding for a rental- it had beautiful leather seating that looked brand new, really nice carpet, and a 115hp motor, making it great to tube with. By far the best experience one could ask for.

If I could give negative stars, I would. We rented a pontoon for a full day to take two 11 year olds tubing. Rubber Duckie Boat Rental should have warned us and offered to reschedule since there was a scheduled Trump boat rally that day, with over 500 boats going around in circles and churning up dangerous waves. Instead they sent us out in the middle of complete chaos with two young girls on board. With all the boats and the waves, it was too dangerous to tube or swim. The kids were scared, everyone was sea sick, and the waves were insane, repeatedly crashing into our boat which began taking on water. I'm not surprised to have read multiple reports since of bystander boats sinking during these rallies -- five boats sank on Lake Austin a few days ago. Unfortunately, Rubber Duckie didn't care about our safety or our experience that day. We returned the boat after 1.5 hours and asked if they would consider charging us for the half day (4 hours) instead of the full day (8 hours). They refused and charged us for a full 8 hours, saying they wouldn't be able to rent the boat out now to anyone else. It was a terrible experience and pretty clear that Rubber Duckie cares more about making money than customer safety or service.
