It's no wonder why they don't have a five star review. I gave them proof of insurance on an auto loan and that's not good enough, they want to see that they are the lien holders.

A whole bank full of employees and only one was helping customers. Was not acknowledged or assisted after a 10 min wait so I left. Was only there for a signature to finishing opening a business checking account. Horrible customer service.

I went into Celko today to open up a new account. This is my second time in the last week and being at the division location. Both times, I was there for almost 20 minutes and no one talked to me. I am now going to go to a different bank and open a new account. The customer service is nonexistent. Wouldn’t recommend

That depends on which sort of account works for you. Our membership share accounts currently range from 0.15% to 0.35%, depending on the balance. If you're able to leave your savings untouched for a little while longer, our certificates go as high as 3.26%.
