Delivery was less than an hour! Thankful they brought the salad & the dressing. Not sure why they ask if you want the bread if they don't bring it.

Ordered a combo sub for delivery. When I ordered I was told delivery would be an hour or 1 1/2 hrs. It did take the full time for delivery. Now what I received we an overcooked cold sub that was not made to order. Called store spoke with manager who advised me the would redo the order. Okay with that . however it has been another 11/2 hours and still no sub !!!!This is not the Valerios I remember. Come on step up your game, there is too much competition to stay in business. Update....received the replacement sub after 1 1/2 hours. Guess what COLD. OVERCOOKED AND NOT MADE TO ORDER. I ate two bites. Threw it away and ate Cereal. So very disappointed....

I always enjoyed the food that I have received from Valerios but in the past 6 months it seems that my orders are always messed up. The quality of the food is very poor. The wings I got yesterday were tasteless ☹ The cup of ranch they gave me wasn't even a full cup. Iam going to take my business elsewhere from now on.
