WOW - super rude customer service. Someone called to inform me that the order I just placed could not be delivered and the way they said it was short and rude, which then made me want to respond rudely back. I know life is tough lately - but there's a better way to communicate. Just sayin'!

I've ordered a pizza and cheese bread the past 2 weekends. Order took 2 hours each time. Had to remake my order both times cause it sat for to long.. Tonight once again waiting.. I work in fast food so I understand being understaffed .. But 3rd weeks in a row. .hmmm

HORRIBLE customer service!! The managers wouldn't give me a name or employee number to report him. I had placed an order online and immediately after placing it(within 30secs) I called and talked to the manager and asked if he could change the 2 pizzas I ordered from both being pepperoni to one cheese and one pepperoni. He said no problem and when I received the delivery they were both with pepperoni. I then called back and the manager then lied to me by saying the pizzas were already in the oven when I first called? He was very childish and said some language I refuse to repeat on here. This manager was working at 5pm on December 30th. I had filed a complaint but obviously corporate doesn't care much!! DON'T give this place business! ZERO STARS
