Called to have my oven fixed, they came right out and diagnosed it. They told me they had to order a part and would be back in 2 weeks. 3 months later and I haven't heard from them. They rarely answer the phone, the one time i got through they told me they were still waiting on the part so i asked them to check on it and they told me they would call me back with an update and i still haven't heard from them. I understand everything is on back order these days but it would be nice to get an update once in a while.

The brothers fixed my fridge 3 times, all 3 times charging over 100 dollars. Ice build up. Needless to say fridge has malfunctioned again. Called the father to set up an appt he said he would be here at 5. Called at 5 and said that he would tied up for 2 more hours. Expressed my discontent for that and he hung up on me. Stated that he came to my house at 510 and nobody answered the door. I was sitting on my porch for an hour nobody came. Use someone else. Not worth the hassle.
