I have never seen such a lack of professionalism and customer service in my life. The staff is unresponsive, the maintenance is shoddy at best, and the building is constantly being vandalized. I have had my car broken into twice, and my apartment has been broken into once. I have also had packages stolen off my doorstep.

Edit: What a joke SoMa Square. "Our team remains avilable"? Do you mean in court? Your team refused my bank transfers due to your payment provider's "technical error", you then served us court papers and added late fees and legal fees. On top of that I paid you $5700 IN CASH for June and July. You kept the money, still served me an eviction notice and filed a lawsuit. I moved out immediately in late June although July was already fully prepaid in cash. You kept my money and claimed the rent isn't paid since "you don't accept cash". Well, you have my cash and I don't. What else do you call it other than "paid". Legal USA tender was given to you and you now have it. In addition you illegally kept my security deposit. At the very minimum you owe me July's rent which was prepaid and my security deposit + all the late fees and legal fees you added. Stop the lies. When I tried to speak with you I only received threats and legal papers. Your superficial copy/past responses are not fooling anyone. ------ As is mentioned by so many others. This apartment complex is the worst. Notice the soulless corporate copy/past replies on Google, FB, Yelp and everywhere else we the tenants speak out. Well, just read any of the multiple horror stories as told by past tenants such as myself. Are we all to blame? Every last one of us is somehow responsible for what we endured in your apartment complex?

If you like the fresh smell of urine in your building, constant vandalism, violent attacks, homeless folks walking in freely and taking naps in your building's elevator + complete disregard from the management, than Soma square apartments is for you. Overpriced, constant harassments, stolen packages, no security. Moving here was the worst decision I've made in years.

Do yourself a favor and don't live here. I moved into a unit which had a major silverfish infestation. It was absolutely disgusting and the staff even tried to blame it on me, which is preposterous because I had never even seen a silverfish before in my life (and trust me, ignorance is bliss). Well, joke's on them because I complained so much that they allowed me to move into a different unit, and that unit also had silverfish problems. I should also mention that the water cut out (due to bad plumbing) very frequently, which was inconvenient to say the least. It's been nearly a year since I moved out so I'm not even mad anymore, but I thought I should warn anyone who's considering a long-term lease here. Just don't do it unless you hate yourself.
