I use office depot all around the US. I'm a print broker and have clients everywhere. I was visiting SF for my sis-in-law memorial service. We need a program put together in two days. I my niece did the graphics by 10 am and called two of your locations Harrison and they never answer the print line. While on hold I call the 3rd street location and Jack answered quickly. I explained the problem and he said no problem. I got there and he printed them while I waited so I could make the service on time. I can't express my gratitude. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable about print service. I watch him answer the phone help me and others and laminate a job all at the same time. Jack assisted me at the counter it was the most memorial service I've had from any copy place ever.
