Everybody is always so kind when you were there. When you called to make an appointment you sometimes have to leave a message, but they always call you back in a timely manner. Making an appointment is quite easy. Everything goes smoothly when you are there. I just talk to Jordan multiple times to try and coordinate with another clinic on the west side for a different procedure and Jordan continued to call back, leave messages, and do everything she could to help me get my information where it needed to be. She was extremely helpful and very nice.

I went to O'Hanna for annual mammograms for years and found them to be an excellent facility, professional, caring and well run. Unfortunately I tested positive for breast cancer in the fall of 2017, it was a shock and obviously distressing. O'Hanna immediately provided me a patient advocate who would be there for me throughout my cancer treatments. I can not tell you how much I needed her. She was a knowledgeable and caring person and was there for me when I needed someone to decipher, in plain language, the test results and doctor discussions. She would call me periodically and ask how I was doing and if I needed her help. She provided recommendations, and suggestions to make the process easier. I could always feel the genuine concern and caring. O'Hanna is amazing , by providing my advocate they showed me that their priority was my overall well being.
