Just returned an awkward floor fan: it was about 4 feet tall, couldn't readily be disassembled, etc. Basically a PIA and I was dreading the trouble and expense. The wonderful folks at this UPS store made it easy and did everything possible to help. I can't praise them enough.

Staff was pleasant. I had this location ship two fragile items. I paid extra for insurance and for them to package both items. Both items were received by the recipients damaged. Both stated the boxes were not adequately packed.

This seems to be a privately owned one or something. They charge $1 per package tape which i’ve never heard of. Every other UPS accepts USPS packages without receipts but this one sent me away. Super weird.

The staff here are always friendly and quick. They have helped me so many times with my Amazon returns and have never had an issue here. I had to ship a package once that needed to arrive by a certain time and they not only helped me get it there but was able to save some money as well. The location can be tuff to get to because of the Chick-fil-A across the street but it is worth it. Go brown...lol
