My A/C went out on July 4th. Had to wait till next day do to holiday before a tech came out. Came early and tried to repair old unit, but to much work needed to fix and not worth it. Ordered new A/C unit and do to heavy call volume had to wait a week to get it installed. Every tech that has been at my house has been super nice, explained everything, and was considerate of my house and family. Very pleased overall.

Quality Carrier air handler and heat pump with Professional installation. Hale’s team was easy to communicate with start to finish. If you wanted or needed anything they took care of it fast and without any questions. Supervisor’s dropped by to check everything from time to time. I took 10 bids.Their quality products and installation with fair pricing was the best fit for me. I would recommend them highly.

Michael came out to perform routine maintenance on our A/C and identified a couple of much needed repairs that he expertly described and provided much insight as to why it needed repaired and what those parts do. He was super professional about everything and it was good to hear him not try to tell me the entire unit needed replaced. Scott and Javier did an amazing job on my AC and furnace installation. They were very friendly and even though my furnace closet presented them a challenge they were able to install it.
