Our family is full of gratitude for the outstanding service we always receive from Climate Control. Fabian, Allin, Riley, Harrison, and Caleb all completed work at our house within the last two days. Their 5-star commitment to being professional, honest, thorough, and to clean up after completing work has been amazing. Although nobody looks forward to having plumbing problems, we do look forward to calling this outstanding team back whenever we need to. If you want integrity and value, Climate Control is the only business you should consider. The owner, Dave, is an honest guy who also only hires integral employees. Troy was a Climate Control Comfort Specialist for the company mentioned. He was punctual, and arrived on schedule. Troy was respectful and an expert in my opinion how he pursued every avenue available to him to assure that I would get the best deal he could offer and he conversed with his company and got me a great deal on central air unit and furnace. I was so impressed with his candor and tenacity. I am just really proud that Climate Control has such and astute employee as Troy. I was given excellent service. Very professional, punctual, took time to answer questions, explain new thermostat functionality, respectful of interior. I'd had several warranty company recommended providers visit previously. Alan and Riley from Climate Control really set their company apart from inferior competing companies. Jason with CC had been at house to diagnose problems. Consummate professional.

I met with my technician Isaiah Wilton. He was on time very friendly and took the customer at heart. I highly recommend this company and definitely Isaiah the technician. I appreciate the honesty and the caring Isaiah gave helping me out. Having a small child and no air at the beginning of summer is not something any parent looks forward to. He really saved the day in a time of need. We both thank you and even the cat for fixing our air conditioning unit. I see How Isaiah was the employee of the month. Not too many people like him these days. Thank you

Questions & Answers

I paid $89 for a diagnosis that revealed a bad blower motor, according to the tech. I went on Utube, bypassed the board and the blower works. Would you pay for this service?

Yes I would. Without the diagnosis you wouldn’t have known for sure what the problem was. I’m assuming if you did know you wouldn’t have called them in the first place. They came and did their job and should be paid.

Has anybody else had them come out and hassle your renters about buying their “service package” Just recently they went to one of my rentals and couldn’t get a hold of me, my tenant let them in and she felt like it was one big sales job.

NO hassle whatsoever. That said, all HVAC companies are definitely moving to a maintenance contract model pushed by the manufacturers they contract with. So, the service tech definitely did offer us their plan and honestlyM given the work we were having done it saved us enough we purchased it for 2 yrs into the future. We have a 2yo system that is saving us a ton on our power bills so having them come out twice a year to service the unit, tune it up, and guarantee our warranty is honored was worth the savings on our repairs we had done.
