I asked to use the bathroom and the lady at the front basically yelled that the bathrooms are closed. I don’t understand this type of rude service, there is a better way to go about things. It’s just the bathroom.

To be honest, I expected to find more things that I did. i was looking for envelope's wax but only found a handful of colors and all of them were in candle, which I think is a little messy.

Last time I was there, a couple weeks ago, they had a good variety of fake flowers, including roses. Unsure if they were real silk, or imitation, though.
Yes they do! Look in floral if you don't see it in the usual ribbon section, they can cut yards of the ribbon they have there and there are better colors
