Excellent service. I called this morning because my fathers car had a leaking tire that needed to be repaired before going on a long trip. I said I’d be by in 10 minutes. When I arrived he took my fathers car immediately and they had the tire plugged in 5 minutes. The manager didn’t charge me and we tipped the mechanic. He really went out of his way to help his fellow man out in a jam. Excellent customer service. Will be sure to go back and refer anybody there. Thank you!

Horrible service. I made an appointment for 11 am to have my back driver's side tire replaced because I had a nail in it and was told I still had to wait two hours because other cars came in that morning. What was the point of the appointment? After I left I realized they changed the wrong tire. When I went back they told me they decided that the other tire needed to be changed because it was more worn. I then insisted that I needed the other tire replaced because it was a run flat tire. Another 30 mins later and the correct tire was replaced. How do you decide to replace a different tire without speaking to the customer?? If I was a man that wouldn't have happened. Then a few days later I started to get an error message saying the tire sensor wasn't working on the tire they originally changed. I took it back and they said that it died and needed to be replaced. My car is less than three year old with less than 30k miles, all of the other sensors work fine. They wouldn't admit they broke the sensor when they unnecessarily changed the tire. I called and made a complaint, a manager reached out to me, said he would call me back and never did. They also offer a discount if you give them a 5 star review so don't believe the good reviews.

I came in for brake maintenance about a week ago and was helped by Harold at the front desk. He and the rest of the team were awesome--they were very professional and accommodating, and they provided quality and fast service. I had a great experience. Highly recommend.

The guys at Mavis took care of me an hour prior to closing . They were genuine & made sure I had the best service & suggestions for my tires. I went in for a flat tire & ended getting further service done because they were so accommodating & honest about what was best for my tires. The front desk man was very involved , helpful & knowledgeable. All the guys on the team helped make the visit good & weren’t rushing my car out because of the hour. Absolutely recommend, I will be using this location for any of my car needs. Thank you to the entire team !
