Paula’s Dominican Beauty Salon is the best. I go get my hair done there every week. The ladies that work there are professional and friendly. Milky is the best at what she does. Since going to Paula’s my hair has never looks as healthy and beautiful. Definitely recommend Paula’s. The best in town!

Terrible experience with salon. I went in for a wash and set and specifically told the owner that my hair tangles and to please be gentle. She proceeded to wash my hair extremely rough as if she was shampooing a dog! Finally when it’s time to condition and detangle she PULLS my hair apart and is basically breaking all of my hair off. I asked her to not do that and she told me that “she doesn’t untangle hair” like seriously you are a hair stylist who just shampooed my hair!!! I ended up leaving with the conditioner and a head full of tangles and clumps. I have a ton of hair loss now bc of the way she knotted up my hair. I have been going to Dominican salons for over 20years and this has been the worse hair experience of my life. I’m seriously considering pursuing legal action against this owner. She is the WORSE!!!!! I would give zero stars if possible

I have been coming to this salon for years now. Dalila is my hairdresser and she is amazing. She knows my hair. She always gives me good tips on how to care for my hair. Also, she has a very good hand to cut hair. Ever since started coming to her my hair has been growing. This salon is clean, friendly, and adheres to Covid regulations.
