BAD BAD service. Waited over a half hour still no cab and when I call on the status and don't start off with a hello how are you after being stranded in the middle of the night , I get yelled at like I did something rude? Never again

I wish some new taxi companies could come and take new line out of business the worst taxi service in whole of America!!! Dirty cars the persons who answered the phone need to start back from pre-k learning because their unprofessional and rude. Mount Vernon need better cab services not new line

This only cab service in the area. Saying they have the worst service is an understatement. You’d be lucky to get them on the phone and god forbid you have a job, I have to Call half an hour before I actually need to be there And this is almost every day. Do not recommend at all also the people who pick up calls are inadequate. Your taxi base business works around you picking up the phone. Why I have to spam call only to be ignored like it’s my fault I have to get somewhere idk
