The food was good, I really enjoyed it. However the service wasn’t pleasant enough. Also, the server made an Angry Bird like face after I tipped him 18% of my bill and his behavior was like I caused him a terrible pain. The owner or the manager should take this review into the consideration and take appropriate action against him.

I can’t understand why this place has 4.5 stars. The picture attached is the falafel kebab that costs $21. The rice is over salted and the falafel is so dry that eating this, is pure punishment. Where do you get off charging $21 for this? The red lentil soup tastes like aspirin. Save yourself some money and go literally anywhere else. There are so many good Mediterranean restaurants in NJ this is not one of them.

The food is quite fresh, but bland and boring. Everything is overpriced and ordering is inflexible. For example, I wanted a salad with 2 falafels instead of meat, but they made me order a whole separate large order of falafel. The sharing fees are ridiculous; for those prices, you should be able to order what you want and eat it family style without being penalized. The service is very pushy and they try to upsell you constantly. Worth trying once but you don’t need to go back there.

They always give extra food! They explain every meal on the menu if you're not sure what it is or what it comes with! And BONUS---- the have these combination platters that are affordable and you can try a few different things without breaking the bank. First Mediterranean and/or Middle Eastern place I've ordered from that has a single serve combo meal.
