Boonton Walmart, an easy exit off Hwy 287, is clean, well-organized & well-staffed, making it a very pleasant place to shop. It's definitely one of the nicest WalMarts in the area, if not the very nicest one of all.

The worst Wal-Mart I ever had to deal with. So I am a Wal-Mart plus member(not for long after this) and do weekly delivery orders for food and other things since i have no car at the moment delivery is my only option. I had a delivery for today for the timeframe 10-11am and someone finally came at 2 pm after multiple calls and online chat to see whats going on.when they finally came at 2 I didn't even get half my order tried calling the store no one ever answers customer service line doesnt help and this has happened for the last 6 weeks either coming hours later then the hour window they give u or you dont get everything in ur order. And no one I talked to even cares or wants to help rectify the problem. Also to add I called corporate since this has happened so many times to me and store level wont handle it and corporate won't help they tell u to contact the store. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else or at least a different location

I have been to Walmart in Boonton NJ several times to pick up $305.00 which is the unused funds from my attorney in Trinidad for settling my mother’s estate, the woman at the CS desk had an excuse every time I go there, ”she has no cash” or ”the system is down” or “ the computer is not working” I’m now beginning to feel discriminated again by this Caucasian employee do better Walmart! Next time I will record the interaction and post it for Walmart to see how terrible and rude the employee is behaving. The employees that work at the self checkout is always yelling at the customers today she asked an elderly gentleman what he was waiting for no compassion or customer service skills.

PROS: This walmart has a lot of parking and is also amongst other shops. Not complicated to get to off the highway. Once you’re in the place is organized and easy to navigate CONS: the workers there were a bit snippy it seemed OVERALL: I do recommend coming here, just keep to yourself and you’ll be fine
