Horrible service. The workers behind the counter did not seem to care whether I rented the vehicle or not. Rude customer service. I would not reccomend renting here.

Absolutely fantastic. I made an appointment online to have a hitch installed on my telluride. When I came for the appt, the parts hadn’t arrived yet so the owner gave me his personal number to keep in touch on updates when they would receive it. He reached out two days later, keeping me updated and had called around to find the wiring kit my car needed. He went above an beyond and gave us a credit for the inconvenience. The actual install was timely and done well. Beyond happy with the service here!

They’ve used all but two parking spaces to store their equipment. If there’s no on street parking nearby you might have to wait for a considerable amount of time or carry all your moving supplies to your car more than three blocks from the store.

U-Haul closes at 7pm and they typically close the propane filling station at 630pm. I showed up at 648pm. They very well could've told me to pound sand, but they helped me without question right away and the employee was extremely professional and we talked about trucks and RVs while filling my tanks. Great folks in there.
