Please don’t waste your money. I’m giving a one star because the lady at the front desk was nice. I booked 2 rooms for a visit to sesame place. The lobby door has a big crack, Christmas tree still up,blood was on the bed, room smelled like smoke, bike parts in the hallway, window would not lock, homeless people sleeping near the rear of hotel and no pillow cases on the pillows... It’s literally like an horror movie. I checked out and got a full refund. This place should be shut down.

I have stayed at many hotels before but so far this has been one of the worst. The bedsheets had cigarette burns and also has body hairs in it. I requested to change the rooms but even the other rooms were not cleaned and had holes in carpets and smelled like cigarettes along with dirty bathrooms and had stains in the bathroom towels. The entire floor's internet was having issues with internet connectivity and I had to use my 5G instead of using the wifi since it kept dropping. It's better to pay more bucks and avoid these issues by staying at a decent hotel where you don't have to worry about basic necessity such as clean beds and internet issues. By far this was one of the worst stays in a very long time. Even the management acknowledged these issues and mentioned that it has a certain kind of clientele that it serves.

There were blood puddles on the mattresses, no mattress covers, urine stains and “other” things on sheets that weren’t clean, a hole that went through both window panes, a mouse trap by the head of the bed, holes in the wall, rusty ceiling, dirty tub, trash piled outside, broken down cars outside, shattered front door with sheriff auction notice taped to it. There was dirty underwear in the hall laying next to the broken washer/dryer with wired exposed!! Refused to refund us. Don’t ask for a manager! They don’t exist. We will contest this nasty place with the bank.

I gave it a two, can't blame the hotel for what Travelocity promoted, it's also my fault for not doing the research. The lady that works the front desk is very nice and Friendly. She is the only reason I gave it a two. No pool no breakfast. Travelocity failed. Left them the bad review instead. This could be a great hotel it has great potential. Only if the owners did more for it.
