Sold broken merchandise, returned promptly with receipt and was told to contact the vendor or ask them to make sure it’s not broken before leaving the store. I’m sorry, but maybe I was wrong to assume that was their job when selling merchandise (along with contacting the vendor). You’re the broker for the vendor. Fail.

Fun store, lots of items and toys I've never seen before! The staff was super helpful and the section with women's size body stockings/sexy outfits was a pleasant surprise!

This place is a scam, sold me 2 boxes of candy party favors, that were no good. I even asked the cashier to make sure the product was good. Since you can not open the products. They were melted as you can see from the photos. When I called to see if I could do an exchange or get a refund, the lady was extremely rude and arrogant, and refused to exchange them, or give me a refund. Basically told me there’s nothing I can do for you. Stay away from this place. Its the worst.The return “policy” was not explained at all. I just got a very ignorant person on the phone. The proof is in the pictures.

My second time at the Hamilton location. different sales person this time, but the same great customer service. very easy to talk to. very open and honest. you don't have to feel like you need to sneak in or out. very easy to talk to about whatever your into without feeling weird or awkward. great place
