This place could use some TLC to make it more presentable inside the waiting area. Other than that the staff there are truly amazing and very respectful and are always willing to help. I always go there.

I don't usually write reviews but really feel the need to tell people not to go here. I took my car here for what I thought was a simple AC issue. The woman at the front told me something completely different from what the mechanic told her (which I found out from him at the end), which resulted in me wasting 2 hours waiting for nothing to be fixed. They told me I needed a new compressor and that they did not recharge or add any freon today. Then proceeded to try to charge me $200 for fixing literally nothing, in fact now hot air comes out of the AC so they made it worse. I'm pregnant and have no control over my emotions so I started crying and as soon as they saw I was pregnant and crying it instantly went from $200 to $10. Clearly they were trying to take advantage of me. Who knows how many people have been over charged here. I will never be going back and advise everyone to stay away.

Yesterday, the manager Patrick instructucted me to bring my fleet vehicle in today and it would be repaired. Today, the service lady stated it couldn't be done today. She should have honored the managers instructions or look further into the situation. She did neither. Wasted my time. Big inconvenience.

Very disappointed!!! I always did my car oil change there and today January 25 i had an appointment for 630 pm and when i went there leaving work early ! At 607 I was there the person at front told me they can not do my car today because they did not expect been this busy, so even i previously I book my appointment they don’t respect that so I was upset and asked why nobody email me or call me to let me know in advance she just said sorry I was by my self and did not have time so I ask for a manager and again she said nobody else was there so upset!!! Definitely dont take your car there and for sure you lost me as a costumer

Wear a mask. There are dividers throughout the store for safety precautions (6 feet apart). Everything is sanitized. Etc
