Only on register for a line that snakes. Clearly the cashier is a child. Manager was addressed about the problem and gave extreme pushback and very disrespectful. There is never a positive experience at this location since the opening!

After a long delay Ross Dress for Less in Burlington is finally open. Located next to Marshall's in the Wal-Mart shopping center they may give Marshall's a run for their money. On my visit they were well stocked in most areas. I found their prices to be slightly lower than Marshall's on many items. There was a great selection of housewares, handbags, and clothing. What I did find missing were some of the usual brands in boots I would normally find and no cat toys which lately seems to be typical of all discount retailers. The store is clean, well lit, and the staff is friendly. One odd thing, if you need to use the restroom you'll need assistance. There's a button you need to push to open the door that's actually across from the door. I never would have known if someone didn't ask me to press it for them. Something they'll need to fix.
