this review is based off of the one (1) and only item i order which is the hot sour soup. i always get the quart size and it is always delicious and satisfying as a meal. i did see someone with their chicken wings and it tempted me enough to give those a try on a future order. as far as customer service, the young(er) person at the counter never seems to understand me since the soup is the only thing i get and after several times found it frustrating to repeat myself. HOWEVER, on my last few visits there is a tall(er) gent that has chosen to remember either me or what i order and before i say it, he says, "hot sour soup"? and as a customer, you come to appreciate things like that👍🏼and go out of my way to patron great wall repeatedly.

I don't often base my opinion of a restaurant on my first visit, but my experience here was so superb that I felt like writing this review! I placed an order for takeout over the phone and showed up roughly 30 minutes later to pick it up. The food was just being put into the bag, so it couldn't have been better timing! We ordered the Four Seasons, Eggplant with Garlic, Sesame Chicken, and Fried Dumplings. I was able to sample all four dishes, and honestly, I can't pick a favorite!! Everything was hot, fresh, cooked thoroughly, and very flavorful! The staff were extremely courteous. This very well may end up being our favorite spot for Chinese food!! 2021 UPDATE: We have ordered from Great Wall many times since my initial review, the food quality has been 5 stars on every visit!!
