Please do not visit this nail salon. Trust me and all the other bad reviews (especially regarding the owner). I would not recommend that anyone gives this salon their business. In my past visits to the salon, I have had long waits even though I made appointments, the salon has been closed when they were supposed to be open (3 times) and had an extremely rude nail technician that I would not let do my nails. He spoke down to people and even put them down - I did tell the owner. Well, I hadn't been there in months, and since I was in the area for grocery shopping, I decided to give it another shot. Now, the girl that did my pedicure was amazing and I left her a good tip to show that. However, the owner is a piece of work - the main issue that I had this time is the adding of extra charges after the fact - For example, when i inquired about the price of my fill-in, it was quite high. Upon my questioning, the owner said she was charging extra for two broken nails, which wasn't me. When I told her that i did not have any broken nails, she said ok and then said the charges were for "changing the nail shape" and a cut down. Neither of which she did, as I specifically asked her to keep the same shape I came in with and then after I told her this she said she didn't hear me - even though she acknowledged it at the time. One thing that really bothers me is someone trying to take advantage of another person. $5-$15 extra charges is not going to hurt me financially at all, but another person may need that money. It pains me to think of all the people she has likely overcharged with made up services after the fact. I also believe she is engaging in wage theft by not giving her people their fair share of the tips. I left $15 for the girl who did my pedicure, and when I was leaving I heard her ask the girl for it. Please do not support this business - at least not this owner. If they do get a new owner, then I will go back as its in a good location. Oh - I almost forgot. When she was doing my fill-in, she accused me of being overweight in the past and saying that I lost a lot of weight. She even patted her stomach and made a gesture to show a big stomach. I was very confused as I have been the same size my entire life, I told her so and she said she may have thinking of someone else. Why would anyone remark on a customers weight is beyond me....

By far the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. As soon as I walked in, I asked the owner if he could do a certain design, at that point I was told that they could and directed to a women. The women took a look at the picture and told me she could not do the design, I was then directed to another women who told me she to change my design, after removing my polish, the women directed me to a man to fill my nails in. The man then attempted the new much easier design and could not do it. The owner then came over and taught the man how to do it, he attempted it again and failed. I then politely asked the man to just do a clear coat and leave my nails be. The women beside him who was supposed to do my nails had taken another customer and began yelling at me. I had not at no point raised my voice, as I am not a confrontational person. After yelling at me, the woman came over to do my nails and fussing because I wanted a certain design. The women then told me “you are too picky”, so I then told her I’ll pay for my clear polish and take my business elsewhere. I would have appreciated the place telling me they could not do my nail design upfront instead of making me feel like trash for wanting a simple design on my nails. While here I’ve heard them curse multiple customers out as well. This place is beyond ghetto and they do not respect their customers at all. I WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DIME HERE. Congratulations on losing a customer who only lives two blocks from your establishment, I’d rather pay more elsewhere for better service.

I blame myself for being on my phone while getting my toes done. I didn't notice until after I left smh. I called and told them what happened and that I need to come back. I gave them a time and they sounded cool about it. Once, I arrived at the pre-determined time, it was closed, 2 hrs before closing time smh

Carla did my gel nails and she was amazing! Despite some other bad reviews i read i decided to give this place a shot. Turned out VERY well and i will be back as a regular. $24 for gel nails which makes it easier to tip a little extra. And still the total amount spent is less than standard rate for other salons. I highly recommend
