They're doing their best with the health restrictions in place. The techs are kind and gentle with the animals while the owners wait in their cars. That was then. Here is now: The office and waiting room are open though you still need to wear a mask. The original owner is no longer working there, but the other vets and staff are fine. The business has been bought by an outside group, and all the vets there are now employees. No on-sure owners. I was just there today and the bill was twice what I expected for a senior well check: different charges for the visit and then "to see the doctor," "feline wellness" and a charge for clinical support. When I call tomorrow, I hope I get a better explanation than what I got from the receptionist this afternoon. I've been taking animals here since 2002.

Gottfried my 6year old Veiled Chameleon was very happy with his visit. You covered all the basis, from feeding to enclosure, and made sure to communicate what needs to be done over what is recommended.

Dr Wilson was absolutely amazing!! Very informative and took her time. All Pets is super lucky to have her! Hope to keep her as my pets regular check up doctor (:

We have 3 chinchillas who have all been seen here and we’re under awesome care while at their visits! One of our chins, Stella, had to have surgery here, I think I remember them saying it was the first time performing that surgery on a chinchilla and that it is a very dangerous surgery. They went to the end of the Earth and back to make sure they and Stella had success and she is doing great now! Highly appreciate all the care they put into EVERY animal and for sure recommend!

When any animal stops eating it is best to get them into the doctors as soon as possible. Most likely since they both stopped eating it is probably an infection of some type like giardia or something similar. Take them to the vet soon!
Most likely has metabolic bone disease from lack of calcium. You should definately take him in to get him checked out and potentially healed.
